"Bill and his staff are second to none!! I don't know of any other agent who was on the phone with his clients after a devastating tornado within 20 minutes to check on us. and Then picked us up the next day, made sure we had cash, drove us to a hotel and to get a rental car. Made the whole experience way less painful. But just the day to day personal service from Bill is why he will always be my agent no matter where I reside!!"
