"State Farm told me I needed to make two separate claims for the same accident, when I disputed it they told me they’d already decided and I had to make and pay for a separate claim. I told them I wasn’t gonna do that and instead asked Bill if I could do anything about it, he had me send some pictures and I told him my side of things and he somehow got them to cover all the damage like insurance is supposed to, I was surprised and impressed, State Farm is far from perfect but Bill got 5 starts for this one"
